Typically considered one of the 'original' coffees, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe has been the go-to origin for what great African coffee should be: Fruity, floral, and bright. We roast the Ethiopian lighter than our other coffees because we want to bring these notes to the front. Enjoy this delicious light roast all day long.
